3-sided release issued with free sticker. The B-Side has been cut using 2 parallel cutting heads, hence 2 completely different tracks can be heard with a 50% chance, depending on where the needle hits the record. B1 and B2 are cut like any regular record on groove 1. The third track 'Brain Washed Follower' is on the parallel groove 2.

Track A4 "What's More" is from the movie soundtrack "Hell on 1st Ave".

This version of the U.S. release bears a printed barcode on the A side center label, the other U.S. version does not.

Phillippe Wynne is incorrectly credited as P Wynn.

Durations for tracks A1 to B2 are slightly different to those stated on release and have been entered correctly above.
