Nearly identical to [r4923574.
But this here was 'Made in Canada' (even though this is an US issue stated so on the back cover).

Unlike [r4923574 which plainly says in the same location on labels 'Printed in U.S.A.'

The matrix/runout etchings are also slightly different missing both A5 from side A label and C3 from side B label.
