Cleaned with ultrasonic. Play tested. Plays mostly VG+, a few light crackles but nothing that overpowers the music. Sleeve spine completely split, top seam split. Sticker on rear cover
 

Notes:

Writing credits for A1 is dubious: Hoffman and Manning has written a tune with the same title, but seems to be more of an Hawaiian style song. On some other releases, "Sea Breeze" is credited to (Fred) Norman, (Larry) Douglas, (Romare) Bearden.
