1972 US gatefold  version, originally released with the title of: Carlos Santana & Buddy Miles! Live! printed on the upper front of the shrink wrap only. 

Release included: "The Inner Sleeve" resembling a tabloid with pictures, and other noteworthy tidbits of information. And with an additional color printed insertt measuring approx. 11 3/4" X 8 1/8" crediting musicians, and others involved with this production.
