Addenda:   
A different version of single [r1338371, with a variant label, and alterations to run out groove details.  The "RE" in a matrix number normally signifies a re-cut, so possibly a second generation from the master recording. This version replicates the run out information of [r1611254 promo copy of AS 0133, which is of course the same track both sides, with A side (mono) and B side (stereo). 
The version on this page has a credit on co-arranger side B for [a1052341, whereas the other released version [r1338371 credits [a72440 as co-arranger for both sides.
Lastly, this version carries no details on the paper labels showing date of publication, which is  "℗ 1975 Arista Records, Inc", as shown on the other two US versions.
